Advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before your arrival. The balance of rent plus 10% tax and cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to your stay. Each bathroom is finished with natural stones throughout Our master bedroom has a walk-in closet, TV, and a sliding glass door that leads to a large deck. The master bath has a double sink vanity, soothing jetted tub and two-way fireplace between the room and spa area. Wireless internet access is available. There is a gas barbecue grill and seating areas on the main floor deck. The tables and chairs are kept in the garage during the snow season. SECOND FLOOR The second floor is on the same level as the garage. The game room is complete with bar wares for all your entertaining needs. It also comes complete with a fireplace, a billiard table, a stereo system, a variety of books to read and movies to watch on the TV/VCR For our sofa beds, extra linens and pillows are provided. Unlimited long distance call nationwide There are four TVs; one in the great room, one in the master bedroom, one in the second floor and one in the game room. There is a sliding glass door from the game room that leads to the backyard. You may also access the backyard from the front of the house through the side area of the home. Soaring mountains and endless pine forest right in your backyard For your protection, a security system is in place and is easy to operate. There are two thermostat to turn on the heater and centralized fan to cool. Each fireplace also has its own thermostat to operate. We have hired a private snow removal service that will clear the snow on the driveway whenever it snows at lease six inches. |
