RESIDENCE DETAILS

Size: Three level home with 4200 sq. ft. plus two car garage, five
bedrooms, and four baths with spectacular and dramatic views.

Our bedroom mattresses are topped with memory foam and
comfortable sheets are used for your comfort. Bathrobes and towels
are provided for each bedroom.

Each bathroom is complete with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner
and lotion. Each bathroom is finished with natural stones throughout.

Our master bedroom has a walk-in closet, TV, and a sliding glass door
that leads to a large deck. The master bath has a double sink vanity,
soothing jetted tub and two-way fireplace between the room and spa
area.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor is on the same level as the garage.

Our family room is very cozy and comes complete with a fireplace, a
variety of books to read and movies to watch on the combination
TV/VCR. There is a sliding glass door that goes out to a deck with
views of the backyard forest and mountains.

BOTTOM FLOOR

GAME ROOM: two full futon sofa beds, stereo, fully appointed wet bar,
TV, billiard table and seating areas.

The wet bar is complete with bar wares for all of your entertaining
needs.

SWIMMING POOL ROOM: heated swimming pool, one bathroom, one
shower with steam and a separate dry sauna room. Extra towels are
provided in the pool area. The hot tub is located on the deck outside of
the sliding glass door and offers spectacular views of the forest and
surrounding mountains.

There are four TVs; one in the great room, one in the master bedroom,
one in the family room and one in the game room. There are stereo
systems in the great room and the game room.

There is a gas barbecue grill on the main floor deck and seating areas.
The table and chairs are kept in the garage during the snow season.

For our sofa beds, extra linens and pillows are provided. There is a
high chair and portable crib.

For extended stays, there is a laundry room equipped with washer,
dryer, iron and ironing board.

For your protection, a security system is in place and is easy to operate.

Our backyard can easily be accessed from the swimming pool room.
There is glass sliding door that leads to the deck and backyard. You
may also access the backyard from the front of the house through the
side area of the house.

Great room and family has a thermostat to turn on the heater and a
centralized fan to cool and the game room has each own thermostat.

Each fireplace also has its own thermostat to operate.

We have hired a private snow removal service that will clear the snow
on the driveway whenever it snows at lease six inches.

Christmas and New Year’s dates are sometimes flexible, please inquire.

Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates. Minimum night stays
vary, please inquire.

Please call for midweek rate. Based on occupancy of 14 persons. Rates
are in $US and subject to change without notice.

The rates listed above are approximate, and do not include a 10% lodging
tax, and a $350 departure cleaning fee. Please note that rates and
minimum are subject to change. We reserve the right to change rates and
minimum nights at any time without prior notice.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out is 10:00 am. If the house does not
have a booking immediately before or immediately after your stay, the
check-in and check-out times may be flexible. Please call for details.

How to make a reservation:
1. Check our availability calendar.
2.. Call or e-mail Consuelo to confirm your dates and rates.
3. You will receive an e-mail of your contract.
4.   The bill of $1000 reservation/damage deposit will be sent to you via
paypal or you may go directly to Paypal link. The reservation/damage
deposit and the signed contract must be received to guarantee your dates.
5. Advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before your
arrival. The balance of rent plus 10% tax and cleaning fee is due 30 days
prior to your stay. Please do not deduct your reservation/damage deposit.
